If someone claiming to be from us called or texted you, here's what that call is and how to stop it.
Is it really us, and is it a person or a recording?
Outbound calls that name our registered business are placed by a person on our staff, not an automated or AI-generated voice. We follow up on claims we're already filing for an authorized customer, or reach out to a business we've researched as a possible fit for our service.
We will never ask you to read back a one-time code, pay us over the phone, or give us your bank details by phone. If a call asked for any of that, it wasn't us.
